As our Business Admin/Logistics Apprentice, you’ll support the team with day-to-day admin, order processing, stock coordination, and customer communication. You’ll gain hands-on experience across operations and logistics, becoming an important part of how we keep everything running smoothly.

No two days are the same, and your typical week might include a mix of:
Processing customer orders accurately and making sure everything is logged and up to date
Managing the shared inbox, responding to queries, and passing messages to the right team members
Answering incoming calls and providing friendly, helpful support to customers and suppliers
Preparing and packing orders ready for dispatch, ensuring items are correct and well presented
Supporting the warehouse team during busy periods or holiday cover
Keeping records, paperwork, and systems organised so the team can work efficiently
Helping with general office duties to keep everything running smoothly
What we are looking for from the successful candidate will be:
A can-do, pro-active attitude- this is essential given that we’re a smaller team
Communicates clearly and confidently, whether by phone, email, or in person
Curious and keen to learn, especially about how operations and logistics support the business
Reliable, organised, and able to manage tasks accurately and efficiently
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment, including helping in the warehouse when needed
The appointed training provider for this apprenticeship will be confirmed at a later stage in the process, we will work with the candidate to confirm ideal preference of learning.
