The Role
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead this premium setting on a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave. You will take full operational responsibility for the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safety for all children.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and smooth running of the nursery.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of early years practitioners.
Maintain excellent relationships with parents, providing regular updates on progress.
Ensure strict compliance with all Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
Manage staff shift patterns, nursery budgets, and occupancy levels.
Key Skills & Experience
Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Nursery Management position (essential).
Pedagogy: Montessori training is highly preferred, though not essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
