The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and manage competing priorities within a busy clinical research environment. A proactive approach, attention to detail, commitment to high-quality data collection, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through clinical research are essential. Experience in haematology, oncology, or clinical trials would be highly valued, alongside a willingness to continue developing professionally within research practice. The post holder will be required to work alongside industry partners, the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Clinical Research Network (CRN) Yorkshire and Humber (Y&H) and colleagues in neighbouring establishments, attending regional and national meetings as required.
