For questions about this job, contact: Name: Denise Hancock Position: Senior Research Nurse Email: denise.hancock3@nhs.net What you will bring to the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with an interest in and experience of clinical research to join the STRONG AYA research team. The postholder will be responsible for taking an active role in the coordination, conduct, and delivery of study recruitment-related activities, working closely with an experienced research nurse and wider clinical and research teams. Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, a commitment to quality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage workload effectively. Good communication skills and a patient-centred approach are essential, helping to ensure a positive experience for participants throughout the study pathway. In addition, the role involves contributing to the safe and effective delivery of research activities, ensuring all work is undertaken in line with study protocol requirements, Trust policies, local and national guidelines, relevant legislation, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
