Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and improving product quality standards across our manufacturing processes. Duties
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyse samples and data to identify trends, deviations, or potential issues affecting product quality.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for audit purposes.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns promptly and effectively.
Assist in the development and review of quality assurance procedures and policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency.
Participate in internal audits and coordinate external inspections as required.
Experience
Proven experience in a quality assurance role within packaging is essential.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
Familiarity with quality assurance tools, techniques, and industry standards.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and prepare clear reports.
