Summary
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to act as a key office-based link between our customers and the business. This role is responsible for responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer care in line with our customer commitment.
The role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support the effective day-to-day management of customer accounts and play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling customer calls in line with agreed schedules and service standards
Processing documentation accurately and maintaining files and records in accordance with company procedures
Supporting business growth by identifying opportunities within the existing customer base and arranging appointments where appropriate
Actioning messages and customer requests promptly and accurately
Working closely with and providing administrative support to the Customer Service Executives
Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to support the wider team
