You will be required to demonstrate a high level of customer service skills when dealing with potentially distressing situations. You will use the Patient Administration System for booking, cancelling and rescheduling appointments either face to face or telephone, assisting with patient queries which can sometimes be of a complex nature, participating in departmental audits and reports and prioritising their own workload under the supervision of the Reception Team Lead.
