A welcoming and supportive school in Longsight is looking to appoint a passionate SEN Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT looking to gain valuable experience within a SEN setting, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Teaching and supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and wider school staff
- Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitoring progress and adapting support strategies where needed
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
- Passionate about SEN and inclusive education
- Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Paid to scale: £140 - £170 per day
- Full-time hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Long-term role until the end of the academic year
- Supportive leadership team and experienced SEN staff
- Valuable SEN teaching experience and ongoing professional development
