The successful candidate will bring excellent administrative and communication skills, alongside the ability to coordinate workloads and support a small team to deliver a high-quality service. Key attributes and experience include: Previous administrative experience within a busy office or service environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines Experience of coordinating workloads and supporting or supervising staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office systems and managing data accurately Ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve problems A professional, approachable and flexible attitude Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and services Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately An interest in supporting workforce wellbeing initiatives and continuous service improvement Please see the attached job description for further information about this vacancy.
