We are seeking a Technical Services Manager to report to the Technical Director of Technical Services and work closely with Group and local country Operational Performance teams.​

This role is fully accountable for ensuring adherence to OneISS standards for technical services across the account within the assigned region.

Job Description

We are looking for a senior technical leader who can take full ownership of service delivery, client relationships, and financial performance, while driving consistent, high-quality outcomes, compliance, and continuous improvement across the account.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical and engineering services across the account

Act as the primary escalation point for all technical service issues

Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned to contractual requirements

Build strong client relationships and act as the main technical contact

Drive client satisfaction, service performance, and continuous improvement

Own financial performance including budgets, cost control, and revenue targets

Lead, develop, and manage technical teams and future leadership pipeline

Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and regulatory standards

Identify growth opportunities, cost savings, and service improvements across the account

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong experience in a senior technical leadership role

Strong background in building services / hard FM

Proven experience in technical services delivery, compliance, and risk management

Experience driving technical change and implementation

Analytical and systematic problem-solving approach

Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability

Strong commercial acumen (budgets, contracts, margins)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required)
