Summary
We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join a busy Contracts Team based in Sleaford.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build office-based experience within a supportive and friendly environment.
The role will involve a variety of administrative duties including:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Taking and relaying messages
- Collating and organising documents
- Supporting the wider contracts team with general administration

The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Previous office experience or knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous, although not essential.
- Good communication skills
- Organised and dependable approach
Team player mentality
- Basic IT and administrative skills
Long term ongoing with perm opportunity.
Reduced flexible hours avaliable.
The office operates Monday to Friday on a 41-hour working week:
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:30
Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
30-minute lunch break daily
Flexible working hours can be considered for the right candidate, including school-friendly hours such as 09:30 – 15:00.
£12.71 start wage (£521 per week on a full week)
Increasing based on preformance.
Weekly pay
28 days annual leave pro-rata.
