What the school offers its staff
Brooke Hill Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust comprising primary schools in Rutland and Lincolnshire. The vision of our trust is to enable aspirational futures for all children, and the board of Trustees provides support, guidance and challenge to leadership across the Trust to enable them to succeed in achieving this vision. A strong Board of Trustees has a diverse range of experience both from within the education sector as well as outside from a broader business community with fresh perspectives and new ideas that complement the experience of our leadership teams. Essentially, they share a common ambition for all children to receive the best education and secure their best outcomes.
