Cover Supervisor - Secondary School
Location: Hazel Grove, Stockport

Cover People are currently working in partnership with a successful and ambitious secondary school in Hazel Grove to recruit confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors. - Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff
- Maintain a focused, positive, and productive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally
- Support students in completing work and remaining engaged in lessons
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff across the school
- Experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work or similar)
- Confidence leading a classroom independently
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A flexible, proactive, and professional approach
- A genuine passion for supporting young people in education
