- Helping children access learning in a way that works for them
- Working closely with teachers and SEN teams to break down barriers
- Building trust, confidence and real classroom connection
- BSL Level 1, 2 or 3 (confident communicators welcome!)
- Experience in education, care, youth work or support settings (ideal, but not essential)
- A calm, patient and encouraging approach
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping learners thrive
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies
- Access to free CPD through our online training academy
- Dedicated consultant support who actually picks up the phone
- Opportunities in supportive, inclusive schools across your local area
If you're not already Thrive trained, we can support you with Protocol Education's FREE Thrive training. It's a brilliant way to boost your confidence and make you even more in demand with schools.
If you've got the BSL skills, we've got the classrooms waiting.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQs on the Protocol Education website for further details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
