Join our HR Team as an HR Administrator!
We have an exciting opportunity to join our not-for-profit social enterprise and registered charity that runs and operates Active
Lifestyle Centres throughout South Gloucestershire. The position will be located at Head Office at Thornbury Lifestyle Centre.
As an HR Administrator, you will:
• Oversee absence submissions, ensuring that they are logged correctly and procedures are followed
• Advise on Sickness Absence Review meetings, and payments/entitlements are advised.
• Upkeep HR files, records and databases including inputting and updating records and producing management reporting information
such as quarterly statistics, as required.
• First point of contact for telephone and walk-in queries.
• Work as part of a friendly team in a busy and confidential environment
Duties may change over time and you will be expected to co-operate where such changes are reasonable.
We want to hear from you if you:
• Hold a minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above including Maths and English
• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent.
• Have significant experience of using computer systems, in particular Word and Excel
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a good attention to detail.
