Please note: This is a strictly 18+ role – applications from anyone under 18 cannot be considered.
This will likely be a long-running contract, as it has already been on-going for 3+ years.
The shifts are 2 hours every week on Mondays in the early morning, and the role only requires one person per shift.
We are looking for a small pool of staff, 2-3 individuals, that can cover these shifts between them to ensure we have adequate cover for sickness or holidays. Applicants with flexibility and more availability will be prioritised.
Role Available: Office Replenisher (Customer Support)
You’ll be responsible for making sure our client’s office spaces are fully stocked with snacks and drinks ready before their teams arrive for the day.
Working independently on site, you’ll:
Arrive before the office staff and access the areas we service
Check current stock levels across designated locations (e.g., kitchens, pantries, refreshment points, snack areas)
Collect and receive the new delivery from the agreed delivery point
Refill and rotate stock, paying close attention to best-before dates
Organise and present products neatly so displays always look clean, tidy and inviting
Take clear “before and after” photos of each area you service
Complete a short online form/report and upload your photos before leaving the site
This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, is organised, and takes pride in setting high standards for others.
We are looking for:
Someone confident working independently on site, with a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent attention to detail – especially with stock rotation and best-before dates
Reliable, punctual, and consistent – turning up on time and completing the job to a high standard
Comfortable using their own smartphone to take photos and complete a short online form/report
Physically able to move and carry stock deliveries safely
Professionalism in representing the client and Occasionall
