You will take the lead in managing school based HR processes including recruitment, new starter processes, contracts, use of HR software to maintain staff records and additionally support managers with employment relations matters (including sickness absence, flexible working requests, disciplinary and grievance cases etc).
This would be an ideal opportunity for someone currently working as a HR Officer or someone with a proven track record in HR administration who is looking for their next step and for a candidate with the right skills and qualities, full training is available. You will receive advice and support from the HR Manager and Chief of People Operations as well as the wider Trust HR team, such as the HR Officers for our other schools. NCLT is committed to the professional development of staff and would be willing to fully fund the appropriate CIPD qualification for the successful candidate if desired.
