Each week you will spend at least 2 days per week with your clinical board/ corporate service, 1 day at our People Team base at Regent Point and the other days work flexibly across sites or from home. Strategic people and OD oversight of the relevant Clinical or Corporate Board(s) overseeing everything as a trusted member of those Boards and the Senior Leadership teams to ensure People and OD matters are considered. Being a strategic people adviser to Clinical Boards and SLTs to link Trust strategy with annual people plans. Develop collaborative and close working relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders including members of the Trust Board, Clinical Board senior triumvirates, line managers, staff side representatives, service users, volunteers, and external partners to ensure that they are appropriately informed and engaged in the development and implementation of workforce and organisational policies, strategies and plans. Produce Board and Exec level updates to link into the relevant committees / meetings. Support the delivery of the priorities identified in the Trusts People Strategy, delivering systems and strategies that will improve organisational performance and quality through the development of the workforce. Lead on the analysis of any identified cross organisational People and OD policies and implementation of specific People and OD initiatives and schemes, as agreed with the Deputy Director of People and OD or the Director for People and OD. Advise on the creation of local People and OD procedures, protocols, and guidance where necessary, ensuring consistency and shared learning across the Trust. Provide strategic workforce advice on OD initiatives and strategic change management, using workforce data to inform decision making and planning.
