Marylebone Services is seeking a dedicated Key Person to join our client vibrant team. In this role, you will be more than just a practitioner; you will be a vital part of children’s developmental journey, creating a secure, imaginative, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

The Role
Reporting to the Room Leader, you will take ownership of a key group of children, monitoring their progress and building strong partnerships with their families. You will play a central role in delivering an enriched curriculum that integrates EYFS best practices with Jewish knowledge and Hebrew language (training provided).

Key Responsibilities:
• Key Person Duties: Act as the primary point of contact for a group of children, maintaining accurate records via the Blossom online system.
• Learning & Development: Create imaginative visual aids and resources to stimulate curiosity and independence.
• Observation & Assessment: Monitor and record development, setting suitably challenging targets for each child.
• Inclusive Care: Support children with SEND and ensure all families are treated with respect and equity.

What We Are Looking For:
• Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (Level 3 or EYTS/Degree preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience working with children in the Early Years age group in the UK.
• Knowledge: A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum, child development, and safeguarding.
• Skills: Strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills. Ability to use "Blossom" or similar childcare software is an advantage.
• Cultural Awareness: A willingness to develop and share Jewish knowledge and Hebrew language within the curriculum.
