Summary

Are you looking for a Nursery Practitioner role within one of Europe’s largest nursery groups?

We are currently seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join an exceptional and unique nursery setting in London. This is a permanent, full-time position within a nursery group dedicated to shaping young minds and transforming early childhood education across the UK. They provide outstanding care and nurturing environments that make a real difference in the lives of children every day.

Nursery Practitioner Duties:

Provide a high standard of care and education to all children


Follow the EYFS framework


Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children


Build strong communication with parents, professionals, and colleagues


Assess and review children’s development


Implement an effective key person approach


Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment


Maintain and update personal records for each child


Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained


Work closely with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding educational experiences through practical and theoretical activities


Nursery Practitioner Requirements:

Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification


At least 12 months’ experience working in an Early Years setting


Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures


The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children


A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and making a difference


A child-centred approach to your work
