Summary
Our client is adding to their team based in Fradley. They are a global 3PL who operate in over 50 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists, handheld scanners
- Pack orders securely and label them correctly for dispatch
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets
- Carry out quality checks on picked items
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Follow all health and safety, manual handling, and site procedures
- Assist with stock replenishment and stock counts as required
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or issues to a supervisor
- Work collaboratively as part of the warehouse team
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience
- Experience using handheld scanners or WMS systems
- Forklift or MHE licence (LLP, PPT, Reach, or Counterbalance)

- Monday - Friday
- 06:00-14:00
- 07:00-15:00
- 08:00-16:00
- 10:00-20:00
