Job Role - Warehouse Operative (Distribution Industry)As a Warehouse Operative in Tamworth, you will be working within the distribution industry, supporting warehouse and order fulfilment operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and packing ambient, chilled, and frozen food products
- Voice-order picking
- Operating LLOP equipment
- Checking the quality and accuracy of customer orders
- Working efficiently within chilled warehouse environments (thermal uniform provided)
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- LLOP experience beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work in a physically demanding distribution environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in chilled conditions
- £14.41 per hour including shift allowance
- Overtime paid at £18.01 per hour after 40 hours
- Sunday to Thursday shift pattern
