Summary


A vacancy has arisen for a part time role within our Community Mental Health Services Team based in Maidenhead.

Working 30 hrs per week, the postholder will support the effective operation of the at place service by providing organisational, administrative and secretarial support.

The role requires the post holder to be onsite for the full 30hrs and although the primary function is more of a secretarial role supporting our community Psychiatrist. There is a need for the postholder to support all other areas within the service.
• To be the central point of contact and maintain relationships across the service, assisting the team in the development and maintenance of efficient and effective office procedures.

• Ensure the efficient and accurate recording of data on all electronic systems.

• Type confidential correspondence, reports and other documentation to a high standard within agreed timescales.

• Support and maintain health, safety and security across the service.

• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required by the Service Manager.

• Effective communication and liaison within and across a range of different departments and partner agencies including the public and service users on a range of different matters.

• Ability to use a range of IT systems & platforms to assist the management team in meeting service objectives.
