Summary
Our company is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will wish to progress to an Area Sales Manager.
Most of a Sales Advisor's time will be spent on the phone assisting customers with their orders and guiding them in the right direction. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the products and services we offer, a strong communicator and have an eye for detail.
Candidate must have:
Excellent phone manner
Be able to use a computer and outlook to a good level already, further advanced training on our CRM system will be provided.
Have some knowledge of commercial kitchens / commercial kitchen equipment ie Dishwashers, Ovens, Fryers, Grills etc. Full indepth training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Closing sales.
Contact customers to generate revenue and sell products.
Create and manage a portfolio of accounts both internally and externally.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge of both brands we sell and brands we dont sell with the world wide range of commercial catering equipment.
Explain benefits of products to customers.
Role will start part time at 21 hour a week over 3 days (Tues, Wed, Thurs). We would hope that the role can progress to full time management of a geographical area with bonus uncapped.
Role can start straight away and we would hope the correct candidate to be progressed to full time hours within the probation period of 13 weeks.
