What the school offers its staff
We are excited to be seeking a new Deputy Headteacher for our amazing special school, Lotus Academy.
Lotus serves 108 amazing children and young people from Key Stage 2 through to Key Stage 4 who are very well supported by a highly dedicated and hard-working team of professionals across two sites: or main site in Parson Cross and our satellite resource integrated into Stocksbridge secondary school.
We are seeking an individual with strong child-centred values, resilience and a proven ability to lead the next exciting phase of Lotus’s journey with a specific interest in developing teaching and learning, to support the needs of our students.
Applications would be welcome from candidates in primary or secondary schools both special or mainstream who can demonstrate knowledge of special educational needs and a passion for working with children with social, emotional and mental health needs.
