This is a unique opportunity to take a strategic lead on behaviour across the campus, shaping a calm, supportive and consistent environment where all students can thrive. You will play a pivotal role in removing barriers to learning, supporting both students and staff, and embedding positive, consistent and supportive approaches to behaviour.

Working within our specialist setting for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you will lead on behaviour strategy, supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality, consistent practice and ensuring every student is given the tools to succeed both academically and personally.
