Summary
We’re looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Operative to keep Voi’s vehicles safe, available and in great condition across Aberdeen.
You’ll split your time between the warehouse and the streets, using our e‑vans to move, repair and recharge the fleet.
If you enjoy being on the move, solving practical problems and seeing the impact of your work every day, this role is for you.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll support the day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure fleet readiness and quality standards are consistently met.
Your responsibilities will include:
Loading and unloading e-scooters onto/from vans
Unpacking and moving Voi e-scooters within the warehouse
Moving boxes (heavy lifting required)
Applying branded decals and stickers
Supporting basic mechanical tasks or simple deconstruction of vehicles (training provided)
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
You may also be required to support additional warehouse duties as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK
Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting
JOB CONDITIONS
Shifts: 5 days out of 7, following a fixed shift pattern
Working hours: Day shifts with some flexibility required depending on operational needs
Contract type: 12-month fixed‑term contract, with the potential for extension depending on performance and business needs
Recruitment process: Our Talent Acquisition team is based in Spain, so you will receive a call from a Spanish number (+34) during the process.
WHY VOI?
Working at Voi is more than just a job; Our People Promise includes a personal Voiage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society. In addition to this you’ll have the opportunity to:
Join Europes #1 micromobility company and one of the fastest growing scaleups
Have a direct impact on our continued success and the development of the micromobility industry in the UK-region
Work with inspiring, motivated and fun colleagues towards a common goal
Join the micromobility-revolution and be a part of creating sustainable cities made for living, free from noise and pollution
At Voi, we are committed to responsible and ethical recruitment practices, ensuring that all recruitment processes are fair, transparent, and free from exploitation. We operate under the principle that we cover the associated recruitment costs, meaning that no recruitment fees or related costs are charged to workers at any stage of the hiring process.
All such costs are borne by Voi, and we require the same standards to be upheld across the agencies we partner with. We work only with recruitment partners who share our commitment to ethical practices and regularly review our processes to ensure compliance, protect workers’ rights, and promote a safe and respectful hiring experience for all our candidates.
