About the Service:
We’re recruiting a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join a small team supporting two deaf individuals with a learning disability in their own home in the Northfield area of Aberdeen. You’ll support them to live active, independent lives and achieve their personal goals.

About the Role - You’ll provide person‑centred support, including:

>> Medication support, personal care, and household tasks
>> Support with appointments and finances
>> Encouraging activities such as swimming, football, discos, arts & crafts, horse riding, and holidays abroad

No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in helping people enjoy life to the fullest.

What You’ll Need
>> Full UK driving licence
>> Flexible approach to shifts (including weekends and sleepovers)
>> Caring, patient, and positive attitude
>> Experience is helpful but not essential – values and willingness to learn matter most

Typical Shifts: Shift times may vary slightly. Sleepovers are paid at the regular rate.

>> 10am–10am (sleepover)
>> 10am–3pm
>> 4pm–9pm
>> 8am–4pm
>> 4pm–8am (sleepover)
