Summary

​Equans is looking for an IT Programme Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package. The role is predominately homebased with national and overseas travel required. Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a comprehensive HR Transformation programme. The programme’s scope includes HR data cleansing, current state analysis through workshops, and creation of a future state vision, culminating in the design and execution of a new target operating model (TOM). A key deliverable is the successful migration of local HR operations to the Group Success Factors platform and payroll migration to SAP HCM, ensuring business alignment and continuity. The post holder will drive engagement through workshops to define current HR processes and ways of working and establish KPIs to measure efficiency gains post-migration. The role includes managing programme governance (SteerCo), delivering C-suite presentations, and ensuring change adoption across the organisation. What will you deliver?Lead end-to-end delivery of the HR Transformation programme, ensuring strategic outcomes, timelines, and budget adherenceManage the programme roadmap across multiple workstreams (HR data, process, technology, payroll)Act as primary point of contact for all programme stakeholders, escalating risks and issues as appropriateOversee comprehensive HR data audit and cleansing activities to ensure data quality for migrationFacilitate workshops with local HR teams and key stakeholders to map and validate current HR processes and ways of working, identifying pain points and improvement opportunitiesFacilitate design sessions to define the future state HR model, aligned with Group strategy and standardsDefine and implement KPIs to measure operational efficiencies and service improvements resulting from the migration to Success FactorsDevelop and implement a robust plan to adopt the new target operating model (TOM), including organisational structure, processes, roles, and responsibilitiesDevelop and manage a local migration strategy for transitioning HR operations to the Group Success Factors platform, ensuring alignment with Group standards while accommodating local nuancesPlan and lead the local payroll migration to SAP HCM, overseeing data migration, process integration, compliance, and continuityChair SteerCo meetings, providing clear status reports, risk assessments, and recommendationsBuild strong working relationships with local HR teams, Group HR, IT, payroll providers, and other key stakeholdersPrepare and deliver compelling presentations and progress updates to the C-suite and executive sponsorsLead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and operating modelEnsure effective communication plans are developed and executed to keep all stakeholders informed and engagedWhat can we offer you?
