We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a reputable and well-established care home in Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) ready to take the next step in their leadership career or build on existing clinical leadership experience.
As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care, while leading and supporting the clinical team across both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff across shifts
Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with care standards
Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and medication management
Support audits and maintain strong regulatory (CQC) compliance
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Contribute to staff training, supervision, and performance management
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
Previous experience in a senior nurse or clinical leadership role
Strong understanding of CQC standards and care home regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality resident care
