Summary
We are recruiting for FLT Drivers working 4 on, 4 off Days or Nights to join a leading logistics provider at their brand new state of the art warehouse based in Rugby. These are permanent roles where you will undertake training to drive a Bendi/ Flexi FLT, and offers a competitive salary of £32-35k, plus excellent benefits as below!
Hours: 4 on, 4 off DAYS OR NIGHTS (you choose, it is not rotating)
Days: 6am-6pm (0600-1800) - £32,376 per annum
Nights: 6pm-6am (1800-0600) - £35,157 per annum
We are looking for experienced and reliable MHE operators that hold either BENDI, Reach or Counterbalance licences to join this team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse, contributing to the high standards our clients expect.
- Moving and stacking pallets within aisles to maximise storage capacity
- Utilise voice picking systems to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations using the Bendi FLT
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper packaging e.g. shrink wrapping and labelling ready for dispatch
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
- FLT License (RTITB or ITSARR accredited) Counterbalance, Reach or Bendi/ Flexi License will be considered
- At least 6 months experience using an FLT
- Used to working in a targeted environment
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Must be able and willing to complete a DBS Check as part of the process
