Summary

We are seeking to appoint a permanent Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our EYFS provision.Hours: 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per yearSalary: Grade 5, Points 11–14 (£29,779 – £32,308 per annum)Pro rata salary: £20,834 – £22,604 per annumClosing date for applications: Midnight, 31st May 2026Interviews: 10th June 2026We can offer you:

You will:
Hold a Teaching Assistant Qualification Be committed to removing barriers to learning (alongside the team)
Be organised and efficient with a sense of humour
Be flexible and able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
Be able to work as part of a team
Preferably have EYFS/ KS1 experience Preferably have SEMH and SEND experienceAbout The Mead Educational Trust
