The Role
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that challenge and motivate learners.
• Preparing pupils for statutory assessments while maintaining a rich and varied curriculum.
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress with accuracy and insight.
• Creating a positive and structured classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
• Working in partnership with colleagues, parents, and leadership to support pupil success.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to achieve it.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum.
• Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Be reflective in their practice and committed to ongoing professional development.
• Show enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine passion for teaching.
