We are excited to introduce a brand-new role at our Redruth depot due to continued growth! As a Yard Clerk you will be front of
house providing unrivalled customer service, processing orders and managing payments whilst supporting the wider commercial team.

Day to Day
* Front of house, greeting customers that attend site and handling any queries that arise
* Processing customer orders into the system and taking payments
* Site administration duties such as reconciling sales
* Supporting the wider commercial team but managing inbound customer calls and placing orders
* Supporting the management team with general administrative duties including reporting as required

* A positive, friendly and upbeat demeanour when dealing with customer both on site and over the phone
* Computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems
* Organised with attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and rectify them
