Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a Coordinator of Learning - Business Studies, joining us from September 2026. You will help to inspire our committed and supportive team across the academy, modelling and leading the improvement of teaching skills to raise student achievement in all groups and to narrow any gaps in attainment. We warmly welcome applications from experienced teachers who are passionate and dedicated to enabling students to make excellent progress.

We’d like to hear from candidates who are:

• An excellent leader, passionate about learning and has strong subject knowledge within the Business Studies curriculum area, with the ability to teach KS4 and KS5.
• Collaborative, able to build strong professional relationships.
• Able to motivate and inspire students and staff to achieve their full potential.
• Energetic and have a can-do attitude.
• Confident and has strong career aspirations.
• Committed to safeguarding and the happiness and well-being of everyone at the school.
• Prepared to be involved in leading co-curricular activities either within or outside of their teaching subject.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering MPS/UPS based on experience + London Fringe allowance + TLR.
