As School Inclusion Lead, you will play a key role in identifying, working with and supporting students and their families, with the emphasis on removing barriers to improve attendance at school, particularly for those students from a disadvantaged background. Working closely with our pastoral team and external agencies, you will develop strong positive relationships in order to improve the life chances of these young people, supporting them to develop a strong sense of mattering and belonging at St Ives School.
