Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Tupton Hall School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and dynamic Assistant Headteacher (Behaviour)to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a key leadership position for an individual with the expertise, drive and moral purpose to lead behaviour, culture, rewards, student leadership and the wider pastoral culture across the school.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership ability. They will be expected to lead behaviour systems and maintain the calm, aspirational and supportive environment in which all students currently thrive.

About the Role

As Assistant Headteacher (Behaviour) you will be responsible for:

• Strategic leadership of behaviour, pastoral systems and teams
• Leadership of behaviour and culture
• Rewards systems
• Student leadership
• Delivering teaching
• Faculty SLT line management
• Wider leadership responsibilities

• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to drive whole-school improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire staff, students and parent/carers.
