A leading FE College in London is seeking an experienced and ambitious Curriculum Manager- Plumbing to take ownership of a key curriculum area within its construction provision.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Plumbing Team Leader or experienced Lecturer ready to step into a management role and drive forward quality, performance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Plumbing provision across Level 1-3 programmes

  • Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment

  • Oversee curriculum planning, staffing, timetabling, and resources

  • Monitor learner progress, achievement, and retention, implementing improvement strategies

  • Lead on quality assurance processes and Ofsted readiness

  • Build strong employer partnerships to ensure industry-relevant delivery

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Plumbing

  • Teaching qualification (or working towards)

  • Proven experience delivering within Further Education

  • Strong understanding of FE quality frameworks and performance metrics

  • Leadership or management experience within a curriculum setting
