Summary
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour or £15.89 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
Lates: Monday to Thursday, 3:45pm – 2:00am
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable General Operative to join a well-established chemical manufacturing company based in Redditch. This hands-on role involves supporting day-to-day manufacturing and packing operations within a production environment. Applicants must be comfortable working in a chemical manufacturing setting and adhere to strict health, safety and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Packing finished products at the end of the production line
• Bottling products in line with production requirements
• Accurately labelling products to specification
• Assisting with general production and manufacturing tasks
• Following all health, safety and COSHH procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Person Specification
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
• Willingness to work in a chemical environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
