Summary
Warehouse & FLT Operative – Afternoon Shift
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse & FLT Operative to join our team on a permanent afternoon shift. This role is primarily warehouse-based, with occasional use of FLT.
Shift: Afternoon Shift (hours can be confirmed)
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.50
- General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and dispatch
- Loading and unloading goods
- Stock control and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- Assisting with goods in/out operations
- Operating FLT when required (not a primary duty)
Requirements:- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Willingness to support all warehouse functions
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
What We’re Looking For:This role would suit someone who is happy working mainly in a hands-on warehouse role, with occasional FLT duties as needed.
