About the Role
We are excited to share an opportunity within iCAMHS for a Team Manager position in our Healthy Little Minds team. We are seeking an inspirational and compassionate leader who understands the complexities of parent-infant relationship.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a specialist infant mental health service grounded in relationships, early intervention, and a strong commitment to supporting parents/carers and infants at the earliest stage of life. The Team Manager will ensure high‑quality, compassionate, and inclusive practice, working in close partnership with families, commissioners, and a wide range of professionals to promote secure attachment and positive outcomes for infants.About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant Degree/Post graduate qualification related to Mental Health with proven knowledge, skills and experience in case work and experience of supervising/managing complex clinical cases, safeguarding and risk within a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of providing full line management and team management, including, but not limited to recruitment, supervision, training, performance management, Individual wellbeing, Health and Safety, Finance, data management and reporting, adhering to NCC manager expectations and policy and procedures
- Experience of managing case work and supervising these cases to ensure effective treatment and care, working in a multidisciplinary model
- Evidence extensive experience of managing and responding to safeguarding concerns and emotional wellbeing risks
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
