Summary

Solo Service Group are recruiting for a Building and Compliance Manager to join our team on a full time, permanent basis at Leicestershire County Council Embankment House, Electric Avenue, Nottingham. NG2 1AS.

We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to join our team, we will provide all the necessary training, therefore we need you to bring the drive and commitment to support the collective success of the team.

Weekly Hours: 45
Daily Hours: 9 hours per day scheduled between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00. You may be required to work outside of these hours in line with the needs of the business.
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate of Pay: £17.51

The role of Building Manager involves the day to day management of front of house functions and compliance activities within a large office building in Nottingham.

The successful applicant will need to be fully competent in the use of IT Systems including specialist software for access control, CCTV and BMS along with having experience in use of the full suite of Microsoft office software.

As part of the role they will be expected to cover the reception desk, interact with visitors and tenants of the building and when required undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

They will need to hold a driving licence and have access to their own vehicle as weekly visits to buildings in Lichfield are required in order to carry out compliance tasks on these sites.
