Summary

Proactively contact GP practices within designated areas via telephone and email Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with practice staff and decision-makers Promote and clearly communicate FCMS diagnostic services Identify opportunities to attend PCN meetings and other NHS forums Arrange appointments, meetings, and presentations with key stakeholders Maintain accurate records of communications and outcomes. Follow up on leads and nurture ongoing relationships Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and service offerings Our key expectations are: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer engagement roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident speaking with healthcare professionals and stakeholders Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work Experience working within or alongside the NHS or healthcare sector (desirable but not essential) Hold Full UK car licence and willing to travel across the UK.
