What You'll Be Doing:
• Strategically coordinate inclusive SEND provision for a thriving, diverse cohort
• Lead and inspire teaching assistants, support staff, and class teachers
• Design, implement, and monitor high-impact interventions
• Liaise with external agencies to maximise pupil outcomes
• Champion whole-school SEND training and upskilling
• Uphold statutory compliance, including EHCP reviews and family liaison

Ideal SENCO for this Hounslow School:
• Qualified SENCO (or on NASENCO pathway), UK-trained essential
• Robust experience/strong track record in mainstream or specialist SEND settings
• Inspirational, data-driven, and relentless in pursuit of inclusion
• First-class communicator: able to galvanise teams and engage stakeholders
• Passionate, reflective, and totally pupil-centred
• Good or Outstanding references; ECTs with SEND commitment may be considered
