What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading the SEND strategy and provision across the school
• Driving high-impact interventions to improve outcomes for all SEND pupils
• Coordinating with external specialists, families, and agency partners
• Shaping and delivering staff training for inclusive classroom practice
• Acting as SEND champion on the Senior Leadership Team and steering policy change

Ideal "SENCO" for this Hounslow School:
• UK-trained with QTS and current/previous experience as a SENCO
• Holds or is working towards the National Award for SEN Coordination
• Outstanding references evidencing impact in SEND
