HarefieldWe do what we say
That’s why we need people like you to help us deliver on our promises. People who enjoy getting things done and making a real difference …
We’re looking for a Fleet Reporting Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into insight and wants to play a key role in shaping how a busy fleet operation performs day to day.
You’ll be at the centre of how we understand and improve fleet performance, using data to highlight trends, reduce risk, and support smarter decision-making across the business. From building dashboards to digging into incident data, your work will have a direct impact on how the fleet operates.
If you enjoy working with numbers, spotting patterns others miss, and creating clear, meaningful reporting that actually gets used — this could be a great fit.
Here are some of the activities you’ll be involved in…
- Producing accurate and insightful MI reports on fleet performance, utilisation, and key operational metrics
- Designing and developing Power BI dashboards that bring data to life and make performance easy to understand
- Analysing insurance, incident and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Working with large and varied data sets, ensuring accuracy, consistency and integrity at all times
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and insight to support operational teams and inform decision-making
We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...
Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI. You’ll be confident working with data and comfortable turning complex information into clear, meaningful insight that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.
You’ll also have experience working with large or complex data sets, with excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and consistency. Just as importantly, you’ll take a proactive approach to your work — not just reporting on data, but helping to interpret what it means and how it can be used to improve performance and decision-making.
Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role, either now or in the future.
