To provide assistance with attending medical appointments.
To be aware of my dips in moods, and sensitive to emotional language.
To provide one-to-one care and attention at all times.
It is essential that you have patience and excellent observation and interpersonal skills, to ensure my needs are met.
To always carry a mobile phone. This must be kept charged, for use in an emergency.
To ensure that due consideration is always given to Health & Safety.
Any other duties not mentioned but that fall within the scope of this role should be discussed and then mutually agreed. Willing to undertake any further training if required.
What you can expect from me:
A safe, friendly, and welcoming workplace where you will be valued.
Flexibility with working hours.
Supervision and support.
Access to training and learning opportunities.
5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata).
Competitive rates of pay.
Knowing that you provide essential support, making a real difference to my quality of life.

Can follow instructions and will establish a professional standard of care, to be always maintained.
Is trustworthy, kind, punctual and reliable.
Will promote and support confidence and independence, with a person-centered approach.
Will not use their personal mobile phone at work unless in an emergency.
Maintains confidentiality and respects the privacy of the family, including the prohibited use of social media in relation to the job role.
Can work flexibly, adapting to the variable requirements of this role as required.
