Sales Ledger Administrator (Head Office, Whitchurch)
Full-time role, £13.80 - £14.20 (Dependent on experience)
Springcare Group is a well‑established care provider, committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care. We are looking for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join our Head Office team and support the accurate and efficient management of resident fee information across the Group.
About the role:
As Sales Ledger Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate resident financial records, ensuring contracts and funding details are correct, and supporting families with fee‑related queries. You’ll work closely with the Credit Control, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure invoicing and reporting are accurate and up to date.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain the sales ledger for the Springcare Group in line with company policies
Ensure all resident details, contracts (private and council), and funding information are accurate and up to date to enable the raising of accurate invoicing
Monitor and update the accounts system, including funding sources, fee breakdowns, FNC assessments, and care types
Produce month‑end figures for the Finance team, including reserves and advances
Assist families with fee‑related queries
Raise fee repayments for management approval
Ensure full compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all times
Support flexibility and teamwork across the Springcare Group
About you:
You will be a proactive, organised individual with strong attention to detail and a professional approach. An experienced administrator that can manage their time working alone and in a team.
