Summary
Provide strategic clinical leadership to the Collaborative, working alongside the Programme Director and the Medical Director for CYPMHS. Ensure safe and effective clinical governance, quality oversight, and harmonisation of pathways across partner organisations. Lead the NCL Community CYPMHS Clinical Network, enabling crossprovider clinical collaboration and reducing unwarranted variation. Provide expert clinical input into transformation priorities, commissioning discussions, and systemwide planning. Represent the Clinical Voice of the Collaborative across the NCL Integrated Care Board (ICB), Local Authorities, and wider system forums. Maintain 0.2 WTE direct clinical activity within CAP, ensuring continued clinical practice and direct alignment with frontline CYPMHS services. Strengthen coproduction with children, young people, families, and the voluntary and community sector. The role is part of NLFTs commitment to supporting NCL system working through a clinically led, governancedriven, evidencebased approach to collaborative delivery.
