Join our supportive team at Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham, where you’ll support regular clients with enough time to travel comfortably between visits — and you’ll be paid for your travel and waiting time too.
We are offering contracts guaranteeing between 10 and 35 hours per week, based on agreed availability aligned with our clients’ needs, which includes a commitment to working alternate weekends. Salary ranges between £6,760 and £23,660 per annum (pro rata £27,040 FTE).
We cover Eastbourne, Hailsham, Polegate and the surrounding villages within approximately a 10‑mile radius of our office in Polegate.
We take great care in matching our Care Professionals to our clients, considering not just their care needs but also their personalities and interests. This thoughtful approach, combined with our minimum one‑hour visits and continuity of care, means our Care Professionals build truly meaningful relationships with the clients they support.
